Dr. Laura Stephenson is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She grew up active in sports including cheerleading, pole vaulting, gymnastics, and tennis. She continued cheerleading at the collegiate level as captain of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg cheerleading squad. She graduated Suma Cum Laude receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology.  Dr. Stephenson always knew she wanted a career in healthcare, and after speaking with some family friends who were chiropractors, she decided that chiropractic was the career for her.

After visiting Logan College of Chiropractic in her senior year of college, she knew she was ready to transition to St. Louis to attend chiropractic school. Soon after starting school, her parents and younger sister also moved to St. Louis. During her time at Logan University, she was a member of several clubs and organizations to learn as much about chiropractic as possible. She also served as an academic tutor to help students master the course material. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Dr. Stephenson married her St. Louis native husband, Mike, in October 2020. She loves spending time exploring St. Louis with her family and friends when she has free time. She also has two Golden Retrievers named Maya and Moose who she loves to spoil along with a pet turtle named Turtlehead who she has had since she was little.

Dr. Stephenson specializes in Diversified, Activator Methods, Thompson Drop, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Logan Basic, and soft tissue techniques.
